1. General DailyLuxer is a full-service luxury concierge agency operating in the Netherlands and Spain. Our services focus on lifestyle management, high-end transportation, media and events.

2. Services We provide customized services. Specifications and rates are tailored per client. In case of cancellation within 48 hours charges may apply.

3. Payments Payment should be made in advance or as agreed. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to discontinue services.

4. Liability DailyLuxer is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or external partners.

5. Intellectual property All content (logos, photos, texts) on DailyLuxer is our property and may not be used without permission.

6. Disputes Dutch law applies to all services.
